I am currently developing a project for Churches and theaters. The hope is to spread the word through a unique form of qaulity theater.
I am looking for Theater artsist trained in Movement, prop manipulation, Cirque skills- who would like to share their talents in this production. We are in Los Angeles, so anyone in the area or have ideas on how to find more artists in the area whom would like to create this ensemble- please contact me. Thank you for your thoughts- Be well.

I am working towards an installation with 2 main elements:

1. a wall of "God's eyes"/ Ojo de Dios (those little yarn crosses that are symbolic eyes) - which means hundreds, if not thousands of them; and
2. 100 small drawings on paper.

The installation will be about exploring the idea of identity within the context of community. The piece will be called body, or army, or field...

I would like you to consider making (and sending) me as many "God's eyes" as you can or wish. You can find info here (as well as the attached PDF):

I would also like to invite you to draw on, colour and otherwise alter the image of a figure i've created. You can send me the actual piece or send me a JPEG. Please give whatever drawings you make a name or title (or you could include a quote or song lyrics etc.). Don't worry too much about being overly artistic - the focus here is responses to the figure and how you play with symbolic elements such as colour, drawings, text, etc. You can draw, paint, collage, whatever (including translating it into other [visual] media such as photography, ceramic or video). Again, make as few or as many as you wish.

I'm working on a short film, and I'm looking for a cinematographer/DP(I have equipment/camera). There's no pay, but it should turn out to be something really cool you can put on your reel, you'll have creative input, we'll feed you, and I'll try to enter it in some film festivals. If you're interested, i'll forward you the script, and maybe you can send me to your website?

Our organization, International Youth Initiative, works with youth age 12-25 in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. The arts are becoming a great source of reaching youth, even in the most difficult of places. Would anyone be interested in traveling (raise support or pay your way...sorry) and using your art gifts to assist youth in places like youth prisons, a youth center in a very difficult area, or Tijuana, Mexico? You could even teach in the second largest university in Latin America (over 165,000 students) in Santo Domingo as a guest lecturer. We need you especially if you speak spanish, but all are welcome and definitely needed.

I would like to post an auction of my artwork to support a missions trip this summer for my son Jake and I.....I will start the auction at Chapman Coffee House this Saturday night from 7pm -10pm....All proceeds go towards our trip to Uganda where we will be with David from CHATA ministries....
