I am an artist whose concentration is painting/drawing(but not limited to it). I believe that we, who were created by the Creator's own image, can and should impact this world with the inspiration from the Creator Himself. I am so encouraged to find out that there are organizations like this, the Creative Edge Artist Network!
You can view and read more about my works on my web.

the drawings will be used for an installation i'm working towards for next year. one wall will be composed of ojo de dios, and these figures will be marching towards that wall towards it. send me your email and i will send you the PDFs. use i at the size it is - approx. 4" x 3" (unless you want to enlarge it or transfer the image to another medium).
the idea is that people respond to the figures, and use them as a template for exploring identity etc. it's not about how well or not you draw, paint, etc -- it's about how you represent your 'self'.
I know the Masai. They are found in Kenya and Tanzania. Those Countries part of Uganda because--- we share the same Federation of East Africa. Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda are East African Countries of the East African Federation.
I invite them to Uganda next time. We do welcome missionaries both short and long term throughout the year. The work is really great here.
Thanks for your prayers and blessings,
David
Greetings and blessings to you and your Ministry from Uganda, East Africa.
Peace and Mercy,
David
Thank you for the encouragement and for sharing your web site. I looked at your paintings and video. The video was facinating. I have never seen anything similar to it, very creative, I loved the little screens in the painting. And I really liked your painting "Samual landscape", it had lovely colors, design and it said FREEDOM to me. "Edlove" has drips, you know I adore drips and it made me think of love pouring out.
May you enjoy and cherish the intimate moments you share with your family today. Children are certainly God's most beautiful gift.
Blessings!!

Thank you for the nice comment on my paintings & photos. I am still doing a little painting & still photography, but I am primarily focused on film work. I'm back in college/film school after a 20 year break. I'm excited about the unlimited possibilities of videography to communicate the love of Jesus to an increasingly visual generation. Sometimes the media of film seems so complicated and overwhelming that I just long for the simplicity of dripping free flowing spray paint.
I read your prayer request and I just wanted to tell you that I had a toddler and I was PG w/ twins when I begin college. I'm so glad I did it all, I needed to persue art like we need air to breath and God helped me learn to balance it all. The children inhanced my art and my art has blessed and inspired my children.
Your work is very unique and beautiful, you obviously have a gift. I'd love to see more.
May God bless you and keep you focused on Him.
His for life, Renee
